rabid ramblings…
Just wanted to give you a quickie… found the first vacation site that I’d even seriously think about using.
Vegas vacations has a nice clean interface, there’s more than two thoughts behind the UI design. It’s nice for a change to see a site that meant to bring in money but they still have had the brains to invest in a design.
Why are all the cool stuff in the States?
No worries, I know the answer… there’s no market for things like this in Sweden.
However, I’d really love to see the offspring of a “Swedish style” house with columns!
Worthington carries a surprising amount of fiberglass columns, much like the ones that you see in the southern colonial style houses (hey, gone with the wind anybody?).
Of-course you understand that I was joking about marrying my house with the colonial style? But I’ve always like the “heavy” look of the colonial era, and if I had a spare room (and money) I’d love to decorate it in that style.
I especially like the fire place mantels.
